Collision Warning System

The system is based on transponders that measure the distance between each other and alert workers when they get too close. These devices can precisely set the distances at which warning signals are triggered.

☛ In vehicles, transponders are mounted on the roof, and the driver’s cabin is equipped with devices that issue different warnings depending on whether another vehicle or a pedestrian is approaching.

☛ Pedestrian transponders are small and can be easily attached to various clothing items. They alert with sound and vibrations when a vehicle or another worker is nearby, helping to maintain a safe distance.

☛ The system also allows for the marking of dangerous areas, such as "blind spots,"where vehicles may suddenly appear around corners. A signal device is installed in a visible location, emitting both sound and light alarms when a vehicle approaches.

Lights and warning lines for forklifts

LED lights or lasers are mounted on the vehicle, projecting clear lines on the sides and rear, marking the safe zone.

☛ This allows pedestrians near the vehicle to easily identify the minimum distance they should maintain.

☛ LED lights installed at the front and rear of the vehicle, connected to the gear system, display symbols on the ground indicating the current direction of travel.

This ensures that pedestrians are alerted in advance about the approaching vehicle, giving them ample time to react.

Virtual warning signs for overhead cranes

A crane can be equipped with lights or a projector that displays a clear point or area on the ground directly beneath the machine.

This ensures that all nearby workers are alerted to the approaching load. It also enhances the comfort of crane operators by providing a precise view of the area over which the machine is moving.

This, in turn, improves their precision. While it's possible to signal the crane's position with a single point, it's recommended to mark the entire area that constitutes the danger zone at any given moment using light lines or virtual projections.

☛ Similar to marking the crane's operating area with light lines, it's also possible to display a safety zone around other machines that are fixed in one location.

Virtual horizontal lines

The installation of both lasers and LED lights is simple and can be done on various structures or under the roof.

☛ The mounting bracket allows for precise adjustment of the lines projected onto the ground, enabling customization to meet specific needs.

Depending on your preferences, you can order a device that projects a line of a specific length, width, and color—red, blue, green, or yellow.

☛ The line length can be adjusted by changing the height at which the device is mounted and the angle of the light projection.

Virtual lines have many applications. In addition to marking traffic routes, they can also be used to designate walkways, delineate designated zones, unloading areas, or access paths for machinery and vehicles, etc.

Virtual horizontal signs

The projector is used to display symbols that can be mounted under the roof or on any structure using a mounting bracket.

☛ This allows for precise placement of symbols on the ground. The device is capable of projecting a multicolored image with a pre-set design or a custom project.

This could be a simple symbol, a complex message, or larger markings, such as a pedestrian crossing or unloading area.

☛ The size of the projected image can be adjusted to meet your needs by altering the height at which the projector is mounted or using special lenses.

Projectors used for marking the area covered by a crane can also be employed to display static ground signs.

This is an excellent alternative to painting or applying decals. These projectors are increasingly used in offices and spaces where it’s important for symbols, warnings, or information to be easily noticeable.

Often, people overlook static signs, but the situation changes when these signs are only displayed as someone approaches them.

Safety System for Loading/Unloading Operations

The system is composed of several devices that work together:

∙ A control panel,
∙ Two pairs of signal lights (one for external mounting and the other inside the loading platform),
∙ An electronic wheel chock for the truck's wheel.

☛ When a truck approaches the loading platform, the driver is not allowed to begin loading or unloading without securing the vehicle’s wheels with the special chock.

☛ Once the chock is placed under the wheel, the platform doors will automatically unlock.

☛ When the chock is positioned under the truck's wheel, the external signal light will turn red as a warning not to start the vehicle.

☛ Simultaneously, the internal signal light on the platform will turn green, indicating to workers that it's safe to begin loading or unloading.

☛ If the driver removes the chock too early, an audible alarm will sound, and the internal signal light on the platform will turn red.

☛ This will inform the forklift operator that they need to immediately exit the truck trailer or refrain from entering it, depending on their position.

Improving visibility

Lights and warning lines for forklifts, as well as virtual warning signs for cranes, enable increased visibility for operators and other employees. This allows to avoid potential collisions and accidents.

Increasing efficiency

A loading/unloading safety system helps in minimizing the risk of damage to goods or vehicles during cargo handling. However, it primarily contributes to the safety of people and positively impacts efficiency.

Designating hazardous zones

Virtual horizontal lines are used to mark safe working spaces. For example, forklift operators can easily identify whether they are in the appropriate area. This helps to avoid approaching hazardous edges or obstacles.

Collision warning

A collision warning system can detect objects near vehicles and emit warning sounds or lights to prevent collisions. This is crucial, especially in areas with limited visibility, where it may be difficult to spot other objects.
