Improving visibility

Lights and warning lines for forklifts, as well as virtual warning signs for cranes, enable increased visibility for operators and other employees. This allows to avoid potential collisions and accidents.

Increasing efficiency

A loading/unloading safety system helps in minimizing the risk of damage to goods or vehicles during cargo handling. However, it primarily contributes to the safety of people and positively impacts efficiency.

Designating hazardous zones

Virtual horizontal lines are used to mark safe working spaces. For example, forklift operators can easily identify whether they are in the appropriate area. This helps to avoid approaching hazardous edges or obstacles.

Collision warning

A collision warning system can detect objects near vehicles and emit warning sounds or lights to prevent collisions. This is crucial, especially in areas with limited visibility, where it may be difficult to spot other objects.

Collision warning system

The system consists of several devices that work together: a control panel, two pairs of signal lights (one for mounting outside and the other inside the platform), and an electronic wheel chock for the truck. When the truck driver approaches the loading platform, they are not allowed to start loading or unloading without securing the vehicle's wheels with a special chock. After placing the chock under the wheel, the platform doors will be automatically unlocked. Once the chock is under the truck's wheel, the external signal light on the platform will turn red as a warning against starting the vehicle. At the same time, the internal signal light on the platform will turn green, informing workers of the safe start of loading or unloading. If the driver removes the chock too early, an audible alarm will be triggered, and the internal platform signal light will turn red. This way, the forklift operator will be notified of the need to immediately lower the trailer of the vehicle or the prohibition of entry onto it, depending on their position.

Lights and warning lines for forklifts

The vehicle is equipped with LED lights or lasers that emit clear lines on the sides and rear, marking a safe area. This allows pedestrians in close proximity to the vehicle to easily determine the minimum distance they should maintain. LED lights located at the front and rear of the vehicle in the upper part, connected to the transmission system, display directional signs on the floor. This way, pedestrians are alerted in advance of an approaching vehicle, giving them enough time to react.

Virtual warning signs for overhead cranes

On a crane, lamps or projectors can be installed to display a clear point or area on the ground indicating the current position of the machine. This way, all workers nearby are alerted to an incoming load. Simultaneously, the working comfort of crane operators improves as they have a precise view of the area the device is moving over, leading to improved precision. While it's possible to limit the crane's signaling to a single point, it's recommended to mark the entire area that currently poses a hazard using light lines or virtual projection. Similarly to delineating the crane's operating area with light lines, it's also possible to display a safety zone around other machines permanently fixed in one place.

Virtual horizontal lines

The installation of both the laser and LED lamp is straightforward and can be done on various structures or under the ceiling. The mounting bracket allows for precise adjustment of the lines displayed on the ground, allowing them to be customized to specific needs. Depending on preferences, it's possible to order a device that displays a line of a specified length, width, and in a chosen color – red, blue, green, or yellow. Adjustments can be made to the length of the line by changing the height at which the device is suspended and the angle of light incidence. Virtual lines have various applications. In addition to delineating traffic lanes, they can also be used to designate pedestrian pathways, delineate marked areas, loading zones, or ramps for machinery and vehicles, etc.

Virtual horizontal signs

The projector is used to display signs, which can be mounted under the ceiling or on any structure using a mounting bracket. It allows for precise placement of symbols on the ground. The device is capable of projecting a multi-colored image with a predefined pattern or custom design. It can be a simple symbol, a complex message, or larger markings such as pedestrian crossings or loading areas. The size of the displayed image can be adjusted as needed by adjusting the height at which the projector is suspended or by using special lenses. Projectors used to mark the area where the crane is located can also be used to display static horizontal signs on the ground. This is a great alternative to painting and applying signs. Such projectors are increasingly used in offices and places where it's important for symbols, warnings, or information to be easily noticeable. Often, people don't pay attention to signs, but the situation changes when they are displayed only when approaching them.
